Rick Stokes and Dennis Sweet explain how their company is suited to meet market demand in a wide range of segments, and the week's other top stories.

At LOUPE Americas, held September 15-17, 2026, Sun Chemical addressed many of the industry’s key converting challenges. The company’s total-solutions approach, which features inks, coatings, adhesives, primers, dispensing systems, consumables and color management, helps converters address today’s production and supply chain concerns.

Rick Stokes, vice president of Market Management, Sun Chemical, and Dennis Sweet, vice president of NWTL (Narrow Web Tag & Label), Commercial, Rycoline, and Distributors for North American Inks, Sun Chemical, explain how their company is ideally suited to meet market demand in a wide range of segments.

Meanwhile, HP and RRD have announced an expanded strategic agreement that will see 15 HP digital presses deployed across key RRD manufacturing locations. The move extends their long-standing relationship through 2029.

Building on the investment announced at drupa 2024, the deployment will expand digital production capacity and operational flexibility while supporting RRD’s global Systematic Manufacturing, Automation & Robotic Transformation (SMART) manufacturing framework.
